PILLAR’s Mission Minute

about pillar

Brian Fedder

Brian joined PILLAR two and a half years ago and is currently a Bridge Inspector overseeing the local PILLAR team in Richmond, VA.

Brian Pearman nominated him as September’s Mission Minute recipient for his selfless attention to helping those in need—exemplifying two company values:

  • Treating all those we encounter with respect, honesty, integrity, and fairness
  • Maintaining a supportive workplace where employees feel valued, challenged, and rewarded

“He is always willing to help anyone in any way he can. He just helped me this past month with truck repairs and getting them scheduled and moved around.”

“I love being a part of the PILLAR family. From the top down, there’s a sense of family and teamwork—everyone’s there for each other.” -Brian Fedder

Stacy Edmonds

Stacy, a Roadway Monitor, has been with PILLAR for twelve years this fall.

He was nominated for the Mission Minute for multiple reasons; putting safety first in all we do, treating all those he encounters with respect, honesty, integrity, and fairness, and maintaining a supportive workplace where employees feel valued, challenged, and rewarded.

“Stacy always puts safety first by ensuring his fellow employees have what they need to do their job safely and efficiently. He’s always willing to help anyone and treats everyone with the utmost respect.”
