PILLAR’s Mission Minute

Daryll Stevens

Daryll came to PILLAR in February of 2022 and has excelled as a Roadway Monitor since.

He was nominated to be March’s Mission Minute recipient by Lucas Brown for his dedication to our second value;

Treating all those we encounter with respect, honesty, integrity, and fairness.

“When Daryll joined us, he jumped right in and made himself a part of the team—he’s proven to be a valuable asset for our contractors and VDOT forces.” – Lucas Brown

Shannon Thomas

Shannon, a Roadway Monitor in Salem, VA, has only been with PILLAR since April of this year and has already been nominated as a Mission Minute recipient.

James Jackson nominated him for November, saying, “Shannon leads with safety on every project. He’s a great example of what a contractor should be—honest and fair with clients. Since starting at PILLAR, he’s continued to grow and has never shied from being creatively innovative to solve a client’s problem.”

“The environment and culture at PILLAR helps you be successful. The excellent management staff and camaraderie among employees drives you to be better.”
