Project Details

Toll lane expansion aimed to improve functionality of 10.3 miles of SH288 by installing managed lanes, toll infrastructure, and roadway maintenance.

What We Did

Pillar provided operations and maintenance technical proposal writing. We also reviewed the project documents and provided cost estimate assistance based on our in-depth estimating analysis.

Results

Blueridge Transportation Group was the preferred offeror and the project reached financial close on May 9, 2016.
